luckypiso does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
luckypiso reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
Upon termination for cause, luckypiso may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required compliance review.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
